1. Does iShine Deliver Outside UK?
Yes, we make sure to deliver our products to everyone who choose to order. We deliver in UK, Europe, Far East and Worldwide in order to provide convenience for each and every client of ours!
2. When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
The standard time for each product to be delivered is mentioned with the respective products. Once your reach ‘My Cart’ add your address where you want the product to be delivered and we will let you know an estimated date and time. Note that we may not be able to provide an estimate for every product or all areas. In such cases, make sure to contact us on our credentials on the ‘Contact Us’ page. When Will I Receive It?
3. Do I Need to Sign for My Order?
Yes, all the orders which are delivered to the recipient must be signed for.
4. During What Time Will My Order Be Delivered?
In most commercial cases, the order is dispatched in the morning and it is delivered on your doorstep the next day between 9 AM to 5 PM. However, these timings may vary according to the product or the area!
5. Can I Track My Order?
Yes, you have the option to track your order with the help of the dispatch e-mail you will receive from us – once we have dispatched your order from our side.
6. What If I’m Unavailable?
If you are unavailable on the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a card which will notify you that we tried to deliver the product. The company will then re-deliver the order within 7 days of the original delivery date. You can also call the courier company on their contact information given on the card, and setup a re-delivery date. If you have specific information about the delivery, make sure to contact us before the order is dispatched!
